Chavez Sr angry!

Julio Cesar Chavez Sr is very angry with the way his son was treated by the World Boxing Council, the Mexican legend demands that the Federation champions treats equally because the WBC has decided that the middleweight champion Chavez Jr do two mandatory defenses one by one, the first against Sergio Martinez and then he will face Marco Antonio Rubio in late June Chavez Jr. is planning to make his defense against Rubio on Feb. 4 in Texas, if the fight is with Rubio, the WBC stripping him of his title for not against Argentina Martinez, who will return March 17.
Chavez sr wonders how the WBC can leave Saul "Canelo" Alvarez defend his title against challengers of their choice, while boxers as Martirosyan, Angulo and Kirkland won their semi-finals but still waiting for the WBC them as challengers mandatory.

"I would like to clarify a few things. First I want my son faces Rubio, so he can silence him once and for all, then I am disappointed that the WBC wants to remove him, I am furious at the idea other champions such as Canelo are allowed to make optional defenses as they wish, while my son must make two mandatory defenses. I think he should defend his title against Rubio and we will see later, there are many other boxers who have not met their official challenger for years, "said Chavez Sr.

Post Re: Chavez Sr angry!
Chavez senior was a great fighter but his son needs these tests to prove his worth in my opinion. The WBC gave Chavez Jr. a much too easy road to the title and now it is time he paid his dues.

really hot for a challenge chavez

there really is a great difference in level and experience

can you believe for chavez jr?

more than physically, chavez is still quite dry, normal for his age, so that after the weigh-in, I think martinez easily mounted a great way to weight
