I just have a hard time seeing Haye as a heavyweight. His work against Monte Barrett was unconvincing to me as he still took shots and was even wobbled once... not a good sign against a man he was totally dominating. Arreola lands a couple shots like that and Haye can easily eat canvas too. And Chis is unlikely to just stay down. Haye needs to fight a Lamon Brewster type if we want a real measure of the man at heavyweight. Still, I'm fairly sure he could outpoint Valuev for a belt right away... though he better hurry before Wlad beats Chagaev and becomes Valuev's mandatory.
Best fight in my mind for Chis Arreola - Alexander Povetkin. A sure cracker!
I think Haye would stop Arreola in 7-8 rounds. Chris will look to make the fight but I expect David to fight off the back foot and sharpshoot and he might get a flash knockdown early on but will efrain from going all out when gets clipped by a grazing blow from Arreola when trying to finish him off. The 'Nightmare's' poor conditioning will catch up with him and he will eventually succumb to an assualt which in reality is more to do with his lack of fitness than the power of the punch.
To be honest because of the threat Arreola presents I think this fight will be more about anticipation than action with Haye putting in a very reserved performance

I see a quick finish, most likely for Haye, but who knows- it won't hapeen until/if one of them win a world title.
Haye vs Valuev really appeals

I got "the nipple" by KO. He may be pudgy, but the guy can fight. I read that he got himself a strength and conditioning coach (I thought that's what a trainer was for in the first place), but I hope he also got himself a nutritionist as well. Honestly, I have a hard time picking Haye over any top heavyweight, until he shows something more at the weight other than trying to talk himself into a title fight.

Arreola confessed he loves nothing better than relaxing with his Playstation 3 and Oreo biscuits
