The reason I ask is I have been watching some old bouts lately. I just got throught watching Rosario-Howard Davis for the first time since I seen it live.
i watched Norton vs Holmes the other night incredible how holmes stood there toe to toe with norton and was getting the better of it in the last round you would never see a fighter take a risk like that now
i thought the scoring was abit too close i had holmes winning by a fairly comfortable margin
146-140
great action though

Livingstone Bramble v Tyrone Crawley
I remember watching that one on tv Crawley had a couple good wins before that. I remember wondering if he would give Bramble troubles because he was a slick boxer unlike Mancini. Bramble came through and it was a good win for him.
I watched Thomas Hearns versus Juan Roldan this week. Seen it before but really underrated as a brawl. Roldan down several times and Hearns wobbled badly on several occassions.

Sweet Pea vs. Roger Mayweather is one i feel i can always go back to if i wanna kill some time and be wildly entertained. or if you wanna keep it short and sweet Mike McCallum vs. Julian Jackson is never a bad choice. Two bad dudes throwing kill shot after kill shot.

It was after Hearns beat Andries for the light heavyweight title. I felt at the time it was risky dropping back down But Hearns was committed to gathering titles and blame it on Hagler, but middleweight was one title he left behind. That was a real good fight though and one of my favorite eras. Here in the states every Saturday and Sunday was filled with afternoon shows on the networks, add evening HBO and showtime and USA,Primeticket(later FOX) and ESPN during the week and my week rotated around all the bouts on. Compared to now where everything is squeezed onto Friday and Saturday nights.
