I am seeking information about former and current boxers from the Widnes and Runcorn area of Merseyside ,UK. Any assistance you can provide would be welcome. I am working with the ex boxer Alan Worthington to put together facts etc about boxers from the area and incorporate this with the large amount of scanned programs and photo’s he has.
So far I have over 150 images so when uploaded to our boxingbiographies.com site it will be a substantial body of material. The idea came from his son who asked me if I could help out. Needless to say he and his dad are pleased with the idea of all of it being featured on the web site.
